Default Failsafe Mode, Codes, and Throttle Control

Today, as I was driving, my truck entered "failsafe mode". Pulled over, let it sit for a while, and then it was fine. This is the second time it's happened in about a year.

Took it to the auto place, and they got two codes off. P2111 and P2104.

My question is this... One of the causes is a defective APP sensor, but we're unable to find online.

TACM open or shorted, failed ECM. (What is that?)

I've also seen a lot of info about replacing the throttle position sensor, but don't know if that would be the cause of these codes.

What does all this mean? What parts do I need to repair?

Thanks very much!
