Default Factory radio, Sirius question.

While my truck was in the shop a month ago I was driving my Dads '06 Lariat and the Sirius worked but I could only scan through the first 20 or so channels. Oddly enough, the presets worked so I still was able to pick up ******* Roadhouse but never could get to my Outlaw Country or any other stations I enjoyed except the 50's on 5 and those generic other channels. Is that a factory head unit issue or should I tell my folks to have the signal resent?

You can resend the signal yourself by logging into your account on SiriusXM's website.

Sweet, better than talking to a machine for an hour. Hopefully that resolves the problem.

X2, I had to do the same and then reset my presets.
