Does anyone know if a 2008 F150 STX with rubber flooring has this sub wire?

I doubt that it does but there is only one way to find out. Starting taking her apart and look for the wires. My 2005 lariat didn't have it and i had the 6disk and mp3 radio. Its hit and miss.

Default Subwoofer wiring

Mike,
I am in the process of adding the OEM subwoofer to my F150 King Ranch. I found the subwoofer cable after some looking. Under the back seat on the driver's side, right next to the bracket where the seat mounts to the floor. There should be a cut about 3 inches long in the carpet. If you put your fingers in the cut, you can feel around for the cable. Once I found mine, I took the two bolts out that mount the seat to the floor and the plastic threshold so I could pull the carpet up underneath. The cable and connector is held down to the floor of the truck (under the carpet) with a couple plastic straps. I popped them loose so I could get some slack in the wire and pulled it through the cut in the carpet. Put everything back and you are ready to plug it in to the sub.
I am working on the radio side now. Problem I am having and am hoping this post will help, is that I am changing an -FF (two plug) radio for a -KU (three plug) so I can plug in the subwoofer. I was ASSUMING that since I had the subwoofer wire under the back seat, that I would have the matching connector for the radio. I still havent found that one yet.
To add to that, I have the rear video system AND Sirius. I am sending out this SOS for help on this to find the subwoofer cable behind the radio.

Did some more digging today. Found the dash connector for the subwoofer....On the large connector on the radio, if you follow it backwards toward the engine (about 5 inches), it blends into a large group of wires. If you look about 3-4 inches toward the drivers side of the car on that cable, you will see the subwoofer cable. It will be hid behind/left of the metal support bracket that runs up and down. It probably will be plugged into a termination cap (looks like a regular plug with no wires coming out the end). You can unplug it and pull it up to plug it into the radio.
Found mine, plugged it into the replacement radio and now I am subwoofing... OEM doesnt boom like a teenagers car, but puts really nice sound into classic rock, especially Pink Floyd...

Default Factory subwoofer problem

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has an idea about what's going on with my factory subwoofer. Just recently it started to make the sound of static thunder out of the sub with no other sound. If I press down on the floor near the box it will make the thunder sound even when the radio is turned down but not off. I took a look at the speaker and can not find any defects. I asked ford how much it would cost to replace the speaker and they quoted me 715 bucks. And wasn't sure if that included the amp. Has anyone had similar problems. Hopefully an easy fix.

If I undrstood your post correctly you're getting the sound when you're pressing on the floor? If thats correct it sounds like a problem with your wire harness not your sub. I would try to pick up a used harness from salvage yard and go from radio to sub to test.
