Good luck with the fitment and customer service. There was a member on the other f150 site within the last year to deal with McNeil and his experience was less than pleasant. Hopefully their kits have improved.

I'm really interested in this. I am hoping to sell my current F150 and pick up a cheap 4x4 as a sort of project including the raptor conversion.
Did you have to find an OEM Raptor front bumper and 2009+ tailgate on your own?

so i finally came accross OEM parts but have some hiccups. for the most part everything will bolt up but the headlights are another issue. i am working with another shop to make a bracket that will support the headlights and valence. by the end of august i should have my body parts on then ill move to suspension.

I'm in the process of converting my 2006 FX4 to a Raptor.
My direct experience with mcneil was less than great. I actually saw the kit in person completed by them and the quality wasn't good. I ended up buying my bedsides from them, and the front fenders from an OEM mold so I can still put my fender vents in. After I purchased the kit I found some OEM front fenders on the raptor forums for 300, so I purchased them. Anyhow here's all the parts I've purchased:
Front Headlights and Tails - OEM
2013 Tailgate - OEM
2011 Hood - OEM
2011 Hood Vents - OEM
2012 Running Boards - OEM
2012 Front Bumper - OEM
2012 OEM Grill
Recon LED fender Vents
McNeil 6.5 Raptor Bedsides
McNeil Front Fenders / Valance with factory vent holes (FOR SALE)
Front Fenders - OEM
Finally full front suspension from offroadwarehouse
http://offroadwarehouse.com/products/productID/50898
04-08 Ford F150 4WD Fox Remote Reservoir Coilover Kit w/ Upper Control Arms & Rear Shocks
Here's a couple teaser pictures, the truck goes in the shop next week to get started.
