VCT valve body gaskets. They go on the front of each head.

I would take the cams out any way to check for any scoring. Are you doing a total rebuild or just timing components, if you bought a timing kit, I have seen those gaskets come with it. If you do take the cams out, make sure that you mark them with something like a paint marker (I used my wife's nail polish) on some of the caps and other parts of the cams to line them back up, and use vice grips on a non-journal part to hold the cams in place for when u tighten the caps. When u take the VCT housings off, there is a screen in there that has tends to get clogged up, make sure that you clean that. Is the engine out of the vehicle?

Yes, a whole rebuild. I took the cams out already to do valve seals, so I was kinda bummed I had to take them off again. But I got them on. Thanks a bunch.
