pop your hood and you will see a bolt on top of hood rail and 2 more behind a piece of rubber along the headlight lens i think they are all around 3/8" socket. undo these and there is a small tab to pull up on , on the top bolt and the headlight lens will pull forward and you can twist out the bulbs. i am probably making this sound harder than it really is.

oops, i should have asked whether it was front or rear turn signals. i'll assume rear due to the fact you mentioned your bed style. all you should have to do is open your tailgate and unscrew the 2 bolts. there is one above and below your tailgate latch.

There's a little more to this than posted. The lens is fastened at the rear by two screws hidden by the tailgate. The front of the lens (front being toward the drivers seat) is anchored by two male protrusions on the lens that fit into female sockets on the body panel. Once you remove the two screws made visible by lowering the tailgate, the rear of the lens must be pulled out first and then pulled toward the rear of the vehicle to make the lens come free from the body panel. The first time this is done, the lens may need some "gentle" persuasion to free it up away from the body. Mine took quite a bit of jarring and pulling only by hand. I wouldn't use any tools to free this up as you may damage the lens. But remember this, you must free up the rear of the lens before you can pull it free of the body. Hope this clarifies things.
