Removed the FPDM, it pretty much came apart in my hands. The plastic also separated from the Metal piece and had a 1/16 gap. Lots a room for crap to get inside. Local parts store wants $181.00, I can get one on Amazon for $91.00, CDN currency, should have one next week.

Thanks for all help.

Default F150 won't start

I had a 07 F150 that did the same thing. The location above the rear end allows all of the bad stuff to work it over, like road salt. Not one of Fords better ideas. Replace the fuel module and you'll be OK. Mine was covered under extended warranty.

Yesterday I installed the new FPDM, this unit is all plastic, so perhaps it will stand up to the elements better. Truck started right up. Thanks again for all help, great forum.
