I think thump is right, It is very simple to do when you make the tail gate but a retrofit, Oh boy, I would think thousands of dollars. you might be light years ahead with a decal.

I would do it yourself if you are handy with tools/welding. Here's how I would tackle this:
I would trace "F-150" on the bumper. After gaining access to the inside of the lower face, I would cut out the F-150 w/ your tool of choice. Next I would get a single plate of metal (again, your choice, ss, steel, whatever) and run a nice weld on the inside of your trace you just cut out. By doing this, you would get the sunken look that you are wanting. Everyone feel free to correct any steps you would change as its early and I've barely gotten 1 breakfast taco down

ill probably just spend my money on something else when i get it. I want to get a touchscreen pioneer stereo and 3" level with 1" rear blocks
