Default F-150 spark plugs

Ok, I replaced six of the eight spark plugs on my 2004 4.6l f-150 engine. I've replaced the four on the drivers side and the front two on the passenger side leaving me for the two at the rear of the engine on the passengers side.

I wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations to "get at" these plugs w/o removing the fuel rail that blocks the removal of the individiual ignition coil atop the plugs - or is it just simply finding a creative way to get a rachet to remove the plug?

I remember people saying you could get at them without removal of anything... Just need a swivel, extensions, etc.

just got them done, you don't need to remove the fuel rail. He used a flexible ratchet and an extension.
