Exhaust, Ram air Hood, Tuner. Which one do i get first?

Exhaust, Ram air Hood, Tuner. Which one do i get first?
Just bought my '06 F150 Screw FX4 about 2 months ago now and im looking to get rid of that horrible low end throttle response and pep it up a little. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Yeah its seems to be the cheapest mod as well. Im gonna have about $280 in my cat back SI/DO with 2 1/2 tubing and 3 1/2" tips with a Mellotone muffler. Kind of throaty but not as nice sounding as the Magnaflows are. Alot cheaper tho. Thanks.

Exhaust, CAI, Tuner, in that order should be your quickest and cheapest route to go in improving power.
And weird, my '06 F150 5.4L has good down low throttle response, which got better with my tuner. Of course I don't have a CAI or Exhaust yet, so I know it'll only get better once I have those installed.
