Default Exhaust Question

Hey, I just cut off my muffler and dumped my exhaust. I was wondering tho the end of my pipe is about 3" - 4" under the cab there wasn't a good place to cut it after the cab and someone mentioned I might have to worry about Carbon Monoxide is this true? Do I need to buy an extension or do you think it will be fine?.

Thanks. (I have a 2007 F150)

You'll be fine. Tons of people run this on various site's I visit and no one has had problems with the gases and the underside of hte truck. I would weld or clamp on a turn down though.

Where exactly did you cut it off? Before the muffler I'm assuming, but how far towards the Y pipe.

i have heard that before but im not sure if its true. if your really worried about it, the cheapest way to fix it would be go to autozone or something and buy some exhaust pipe, or even flex pipe, and some clamps. also, it wont have that annoying *** interior sound.

Umm it's probably about a foot or a foot and a half to where the Y meets

That's about where my cutout is and I've been running it for a few months without any problems. Just connect a turn down to it and you'll be set.
