No biggie. When you pull your foot off the acclerator quickly, the butterfly in the throttle body closes quicker than the fuel supply. You just had a some unburnt gas or fumes detonate in the hot pipes...more than likely in your cats. Their job is to burn up unused gases anyway. I wouldn't make it a habit though. I've heard of the cats melting when they have to burn too much gas in them.

Yeah, I don't do it often. I'm trying to be nice to it. Only has 50k miles and I'd like to triple that.
