Exhaust pipe size
I'm looking to do some aftermarket exhaust on my 2005 ford f150 5.4 . What size is the pipe going in and coming out of the muffler. 2.5 ID or 2.5 OD thanks

I think it varies depending on option, I would just crawl under and take a measurement. Better safe then sorry.
I think usually its a 2.5" inlet and can be either 2.5" or 3" outlet
