Default Exhaust Manifold Replacement

ok guys, getting ready to do a lot of work on the truck... got timing set, oil pump, and passenger side exhaust manifold to replace... my question is about the gasket on the manifold... I ordered the Dorman manifold and it comes with gaskets, but I've read different results with using them... what's the general consensus on gaskets for the manifold? Dorman or felpro? side note, I also ordered new stainless hardware for the manifold too... thanks in advance

Most of everything I have read is weather or not your replacing the OEM manifold or going with headers ... use an OEM gasket.

I saw some pictures of a Dorman manifold compared to OEM, the exhaust port cutouts look like a 6 year old cut them out compared to OEM, they were all crooked and not even uniform.

How does the ports look on that Dorman exhaust manifold?

Those look decent... but, not as beefy as the OEM ones. Gasket's that is...
