Since you have newer plugs & COPs, one thing you'll want to monitor along with misfires in the Torque App is the short and long term fuel trim for each back.
I have the same problem, replaced the plugs and COPs, still have the shudder, but now I have a P0172 bank 1 too rich code, and the long term fuel trim for bank 1 is way out of normal operating range. So I've narrowed mine down to the fuel injectors which are causing the rich code, but more than likely they are the cause of the misfires as well.
Ordered some injectors last night, gonna swap them out next week.
