Well it could also be plugs, dirty MAF, gummed up throttle body, injector misfiring, water in the gas, etc. How many miles are on your truck?

Changed plugs, cleaned mad and throttle body. Sometimes if feels like it could be an injector but sometimes it feels like the entire engine is shutting off and coming back on.

The hole in the back was definitely put in at the injecting molding process.

Injector misfiring? That's not possible. Injectors either work or they don't. Worse case scenario, they stick open and wash down a cylinder taking the cats out in the process. Not likely, but it happens. Another scenario, the injector screen is plugged resulting in no fuel to the cylinder which would result in a flashing CELmeaning a severe misfire.

Yes, a clogged injector or stuck open injector is what I meant.

How many miles do you have on the truck? Have you ever changed the spark plugs?
