Default can you check injectors and coil packs

got a miss going on with a check engine light on and a code of P0300.
can you take the coil packs and injectors some place to be checked.
its a 2007 4.6 2v

Yes, you can take it to a mechanic and have them checked, or you can just buy the testers themselves if you have any understanding of them. These are made by Waekon, the ones that Mac Tools puts their name on. The glory of these is that you can check them without taking them off the vehicle.

Hi.

The problems with those tools is:

You can't check an injector for leakage, proper atomization/spray pattern, or flow rate

You can't check a coil for winding breakdown under load, or peak voltage

Both those tests need to be done off-vehicle, using a properly-equipped service facility

You can perform simple leak testing yerself, and simple open/short testing on a COP.

Just swap them to another cylinder and see if the code follows

sounds good thanks guy's. now if it would only warm up here i can work on it, i'm really tired of the rough idle and lose of power.
