Default Engine Codes on 2007 F150

I was driving my truck to day and notice a hesitation when I was going around a turn. The check engine light came on. I read the codes with my engine tuner and got:

P0171 - System Too lean (Bank 1)
P0174 - System Too lean (Bank 2)
P0483 - Fan Performance
P0528 - Fan Speed Sensor

I when I was checking the codes the low fuel warning light came on. Would this cause the P0171 and P0174?

Also, the P0483 and P0528 came on a couple of weeks before, I cleared them out and this was the first time they came back on in about 2 months. Any suggestions?

Also, the truck is a 2007 Ford F150 XL 4x4 with a 4.6L engine and auto trans.

If you were low enough on fuel that your about to run dry in in like less than half a mile the lean codes on both banks is possible. The fan related codes I don't know unless your cylinders were running so hot because of the lean condition that the computer thought inoperable fans were causing the overheating.

The fan codes came on before about 2 months ago so I'm thinking they are too different issues. For the fan codes do I need to replace the fan clutch?

yes and those are pricey because of the sensor. Ford should have left well enough alone with that one. You might want to look around for a bypass for the sensor so that you can drop a regular fan clutch I there.

Thanks, I actually have one. When I was rebuilding my truck I needed a fan blade. The only blade I found had the clutch attached. Again, thanks for the help.
