egde evo programmer settings

So I just entered those numbers and my truck like won't accelerate and is jerky as ****. What's wrong?

Did you change your rev limiter? Needs to be at least 150 rpm above WOT Shift points.

And upping the shift firmness will make it "jerky" when it shifts thats a performance benefit but you can tone it down if you don't like it.

You may also want to update your Edge if you havent done that in a while.

Yeah I punched in the exact numbers that you put up (except for tire size) and I didn't adjust idle rpm. And the jerky is ok but this was extremely jerky. So I parked it, turned it off and back on again and now it's fine... So idk what happened.

Huh thats strange. I would still update it though if you haven't already, hopefully it was a 1 time thing.

What do you mean update it? Like on their website? And yeah, hopefully it was. It scared the sh*t out of me.

Start up the Fusion software that came with the programmer. When it says "Connect device to launch...." connect the edge to your computer and it will update it if it doesn't already have the latest firmware.

Ok I will. And then re-enter all of the custom settings? Sorry for all of the questions, just wanna make sure I get this right.

Hey no worries man I don't mind helpin out!

You will need to return the programmer to stock and then update like I told you and then put it back in your truck like you did the first time and reprogram it with the same numbers.
