Default Effective height for Fogs?

I have a pair of PIAA 520 Fogs (not driving lights) that I had on a previous truck. I'm thinking of mounting them behind the honeycomb grille on my '05 Lariat and wondering if the lights will be effective from there?

I imagine they should be fine just aiming them down more. The truck is 4x4 and not lifted.

I've searched posts and mostly see 'driving' lights behind the grille so I was wondering how effective fogs would be from back there.

Thanks
