Default Edlebrock E-Force supercharger vs Whipple supercharger

New to the forum guys. What i was wondering was which one is the better supercharger for the money? I know a little bit about each one as I have been reading alot about both of them, but i was wanting some inside info from actual people that run them everyday. I have a 2007 Red FX4. I love it its the best truck i have ever owned. Yes the fuel mileage blows but the other stuff about the truck makes that a little more swallowable! Any info is greatly appreciated!

E-force is way overpriced and way under performing.

I would either go Whipple or Roush honestly. Like said above, Edlebrock is overpriced and underperformed. A friend of mine as an E-Force and he is wishing he had listened to me and bough a Whipple.

It's an Eaton in a pretty package for way to much $$$. Here is a great thread on the subject which covered nearly all of the bases. I am Twinskrewd on this particular forum and many others. Anyway give it a read. http://www.f150online.com/forums/sup...ghlight=eforce

Edelbrock has an optional powertrain warranty which is nice.

Just my opinion but Edelbrock ain't what it use to be. Like Holly, as they've grown and gotten their fingers in to everything the quality has gone way down. Whipple has stuck to concentrating on superchargers and done it well. Call Whipple and you'll never be put on the wrong line with the electronic dash division. You call Whipple and you're only calling about superchargers.

Yeah, a couple weeks ago, I found that Holley bought MSD Ignition. The MSD website links forward to Holley's website.
