I am thinking of my next upgrade.
I know that I want a Smittybilt Street Light bar with 2 driving lights and 2 fog lights, with Fx2 grille(since Saleen stays sold out and I do not want to wait 2 months) and black headlights.

OR should I get a Edge programmer first?
The reason I would get the programmer is in hopes to get an extra mpg or two. I think the edge is a lot of money for just 2 mpg but it would save in the long run with the gas prices the way they are and won't be going down for a while.

So question is: Exterior upgrades for looks or Edge Tuner for effeciency?

This is my truck.(I have painted the fog light housing black because one of the fog lights wiring is bad and I dont feel like messing with it. Plus the black flows with th trim)

look on ebay for some slightly used parts. thats what i did and got great deals on my mirrors, Harley headlamps, and edge evo

I plan to get the headlights off of Ebay. They have the set for around $85. They also have a set that come with HID's for around $130-150 I believe. Obviously the HIDs arent going to be the BEST but I don't do much night driving anyways, plus with the lightbar I will use those lights when I am on the backroads.

I would get the Fx2 grille off RockAuto.com for $150ish shipped.
I would also get the lightbar off ebay and some lights off ebay or just some knockoffs at autozone.

I am wondering if I should do these mods or get an Edge tuner. I can't find an edge much less than $340

I'd go with the edge. My way of thinking is that you'll use the edge every time you drive your truck but you'll only use the lights every once in a while.

Well went back on eBay to check it out and found an Edge with pod for 235 shipped.
I couldn't pass up a deal like that. I'll still get the other stuff..just have to wait a week or two.
