#2 as well. In my case, I tow a 6K camper occasionally.
The question to you is, what will you use your 5.4 F150 for? Do you want to use 91 to 93 octane, or would you rather want to stick with 87 octane prices and tune around that?

Level 3 for me. The bump in MPG overcame the additional fuel cost. My local costco has 91 octane for only $.20 a gallon more. Ran the math with my added fuel MPG and it actually saved me money. The BP by my house premium is $.60 more a gallon then regular.
Level 3 is great. Completely different truck!
Adjusted shift firmness, timing just a bit, changed the TC lockup in 4th gear, probably my most significant MPG increase, especially in town.
