I know the are busy, but im starting to get irritated since I dropped 180 bucks (back in Feb) and still waiting on my tunes and cant even reach them to get an update.

I have had an Edge for a year so i just ordered a custom tune from them for $60. You now dont have to send in the Edge to them. They just email you the tune and download their Pegasus software and go from there. Not sure how its gunna work as of now but i got plenty of time im sure to figure it out. haha

I called PHP today and talked to Bill and I got my tunes emailed to me, just have to wait to get home from work and download them. He said that there is something weird going on with some email address from yahoo, aol, hotmail where it is flagging .exe files and not letting the email go through.
While on the phone he looked up my stuff and I got the email within a min.
Cant wait to get my @$$ home and download my tunes!!!

Haha yeah and i just seen a post from phps corey on facebook saying she got a very rude and expletive filled email saying someone hadnt recieved his tune in 2 months and something better happen quick......she refunded his money and canceled order saying they tried to get a hold of him because his info given didnt match the info in his fusion account and his email was different too but they got no reply and they would rather give a refund than deal with irate customers....haha i wonder if it was that guy if so i guess he wont be getting his tunes!!
I prob would have done the same thing if i were PHP!!!!!

Well I got my invoice today from Corey, so it looks like the gears are turning again over at PHP.
I tried calling and haven't heard back about my tune dilemma yet. So I'm gonna write an email to Bill tomorrow. I'm gonna offer a suggestion that he add a provision for special requests regarding overwriting or adding tunes to the CS and CTS. This way people who want to keep their canned tunes and just add custom tunes to the list (if it's possible), can now have that option. Im not trying to be a pain in the rear, but I was under the impression this whole time that your custom and canned tunes were on a list that you could select from.

i have been dealing with PHP since '08 and they are the toughest people to get a hold of i will deal with them one way and one way i call till i get a hold of some one because i tried emails and all there other stuff and the only way stuff happens is when i talk to someone GOOD LUCK
P.S. what is the reason 95% of Companies fail (lack of communication) they are good at what they do but not that good
