Just a stab in the dark but are you sure you adjusted the tire size correctly that can affect shifts

I bought it from edgeproducts.com about 6 months ago and yes the tire size is entered correctly

Have you done a software update on it? May be worth a shot if not. Also, do a custom settings tune from the standard level 2 canned tune. Adjust the 1-2 shift @ 4900, 2-3 @ 5100 and 3-4 @ 5100 and set the rev limiter to 5600. Report back at least on if a software update has been done lately.

You can't set the shift point by rpm. It has done it since I've had it and I have very recently done the fusion software update

I would contact edge about this. I'm sure they will help especially since you just bought it from them.

I seem to remember being able to tweak WOT Shift points, maybe a update has changed it since I got mine. I am running PHP custom tunes, so I am not updating it unless my Current Truck is totaled, and I am going to upgrade with Pegasus, not fusion, anyway.
