Plug the tuner into the truck. See if a 0 is in the top right corner

Its not a tuner issue, its a software issue.

Agreed. I've loaded software from both the disk and from the website with the same results. I have a feeling it's a Windows/driver conflict. All drivers on the disk are present in the program folder, but for some reason, it won't install.
I'll hit up the folks at Edge Monday morning. Thanks for the help guys.
