Default Edge Evolution Update Problem

Downloaded the Fusion software and logged in. Fusion checks for updates, then asks to connect the Evo. Plug in Evo and the screen turns red. Computer pops an alert that drivers are downloading. After about 30 seconds, I get a driver installation fail alert. After that, nothing changes. Evo is red and Fusion still says 'connect device.' I've removed and intalled fusion twice...no luck. Any ideas?

Have you restored your tuner to factory? I would do that first and try again

Great advice, always set the tuner/pcm back to stock before trying to update.

Okay, trace back. Driver installation fail, so its your computer not letting the drivers download. Time to email Edge tech.

Yeah. Just picked it up and was hoping to do the Gryphon mod. Step 1 is to update the firmware via Fusion. Looks like I'm SOL until Monday. Thanks for the help.

So have you ever had a tune loaded on to your truck at all? Was it used?
