Edge evo leave a footprint?
Hey guys quick question. Does edge leave a footprint on the PCM after setting back to stock and removing it from the truck? Any Inpit would be much appreciated!

Well the truck needs to go to the shop and get phasers and timing assembly replaced. Truck is still under warranty and I'm just worried that if the foot print is found the warranty will void.

OP - you'll be fine.
As long as there is no physical indication that you are running such a device ( the pod, stickers, or a Do Not Flash plug cover on the OBDII port, etc ), there is no reason for them to apply the forensics necessary to determine if the PCM was flashed with non-factory code.
They may or may not update the PCM revision, - and may ask you why there is a P1000 or why the readiness monitors have not run, so remove the device now, perform the requisite drive cycles to ensure all monitors have run.

Its always good practice to return the PCM to stock before letting ANY mechanic perform maintenance on your vehicle. You never know when they may need to get in there and look around. You would hate to have to explain it to them later, much easier to remove the device after returning to stock be fore any work is done.
