Default Edge Evo and City driving

Since this hasnt really been covered or asked what do you guys run your Edges on for city driving, or any programmer thats canned for that matter. Do you run the tranny only, or a tow tune/87 octane tune?

I have been running level 1 for City driving. Doesnt help any on the performance but does make it shift so much better and the gas mileage on the highway is pretty good too. I just towed my RV 260 miles on Level 2 and couldnt imagine pulling it without my Evo. Just take a tank or two to relearn once you unhook from the load.

Keep mime on Level 2. The only customization is gears and tires settings. Getting 16.3 overall MPG.
The Level 1 didn't help with MPG at all, it was the same as no programmer right after my lift install, under 10 MPGs.

I ran the 93 octane tune and got 17-17.5mpg in the city.

Ive found I get the best mix of mileage and power with the level 2 towing tune. I tweek the trans shift points and converter lock points though. When Im just cruising around not on the throttle hard it upshifts quickly and will be in OD at right around 35. The 5.4 with the 3.73 gears I have has more than enough power to cruise at those speeds in OD all day. Between 35-45 is when I get my best mileage.

This is the same thing I do. I got 33"s and 5.4 w/ 3.73s and I can lock my TC at as low as 35 mph and be doing like 900rpm getting 23+ mpg through the city. I get great city mileage if I can avoid the stop and go of lights and stop signs.
