Default Edge cs makes tranny shift bad?

Hey guys, so ive had my edge for a few months now. Im on power level 2. And in every gear change, it shifts pretty sloppy. So I put it back to stock and now it shifts pretty smooth. Any ideas? Ive droped the pan twice in the last month and changed the fluid and filter. It has 84k on it. Thanks

Well it may need a update from Edge, try that first. Were you running the regular level 2 or did you customize level 2 and change shift points and firmness?

I changed timing and other things but left all tranny related ones alone.

I suggest leaving the timing alone, maybe +.25. Then set the shift points from 1-2 @ 5000 rpm, 2-3 @ 5000 rpm and 3-4 @ 4600 rpm. Then put the shift firmness at plus 8 for all selections. Leave the lock/unlock torque converter settings alone as well. Set your max RPM at 5500 and put WOF @ +1.50. Make sure your right gear size reflects what is in the truck on the actual unit.

Also, have you ever updated the unit?
