I recently bought a 2005 F150 with a DVD player in it. However, the owners manual says to refer to "DVD Supplement Guide" for user instructions. This was not in the truck when I bought it. Does anyone have a copy of it or know how I can obtain a copy? Sucks having the DVD but not able to get it to work.....
