So I want to bring this thread back to life with a question, to not start a new thread. So right now I have my truck straight piped with just a pipe where the muffler was at. The sound is okay, but I would like it to be louder. So, how do I accomplish this? Do I buy a new muffler, or get high flow cats and go true dual? Any help would be great appreciated.

I'm in the same situation right now, got mine ran to where the muffler was with a turndown. Personally, I'm just waiting on going true dual straights with no cats whatsoever because that's gonna about as loud as you can get.

Won't with out cats it will make to much crackling? Some one has to come in and tell me how to make it sound louder like to add a x pipe or something like that or where to bend the pipes at.
