My 06 has a single exhaust set-up. Was there an option for dual exhausts or are guys customizing their single into dual?

No option. You have to use a single in dual out muffler. You might be able to squeeze 2 mufflers in there but it would be a waste really. I have a SI/Do out on my truck. The gas tank is why there is not true dual option. (no real option anyway, its been done, but its really not logical unless you have a supercharger, headers, cats, etc. )
