Default Just replaced my window regulator

I dont want to just rip my door panel off and start poking around if someone can help me narrow down the problem. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I just replaced my window regulator and have replaced the switch that controls the windows for the 3rd time. The switch is easy you just pop the cover of the door. The window regulator is easy as well.

- To take your door off follow these steps, I have a Supercab FX4 2005.
-2 screws at the bottom of the door
-There is a small panel behind the door handle(inside of truck) You'll find 2 more screws there
-ONE screw under the pnl where your window/door unlock switch is
-You'll have to take the speaker out as well.. be careful when putting the door back on since the spacers that are used can break I took the bottom to spacers out which made putting the door back on easier..
- be careful with the door handle you'll have to slide it out of your door to take it door off
- Take the plastic cover off your door, I did mine on a hot day made it easier since that stuff is sticky
--------Use something to prop up your window so that it does not fall and break. I used a piece of wood that was about 15 inches long... You'll have to unscrew your window from the regulator do that by lowering your window about mid way down....
-Then you will see 5 screws those are the regulator screws
- slide the regulator out and do the opposite to install your window
Be careful don't forget to resecure your WINDOW TO THE REGULATOR.

Default drivers window squeeking

the window is moved with cables and pulleys. The pulleys are squeaking don't bother spraying anything in those guides along the edge of windows. From the top lower the window try to pry the window glass away from the rubber molding look down inside. you will see two white plastic wheels spray them up use some kind or spray grease. if that doesnt work take off the door panel its not realy hard to do watch this video :
then take most of the plastic vapor barrier off then put the window switch back together put some grease on those two rails that guide the window up and down now bring the window up turn the key off and out look down in the bottom you might need an inspection mirror their are two more white pulleys spray them up too ,turn the key on and test up and down no noise good and good luck thats what i had to do to my truck lot of work but no more squeaks look up" f150 window cables" under google images
