Default Drive by wire TPS/Throttle readings...

I've done some research on the drive by wire systems in our trucks and the mustangs, it seems there is a lot to be had with most of them. I've read articles on the mustang guys modding there pedal sensor and the motor and TPS on the throttle body to achieve true 100% throttle. So it got me to wondering and I went today and borrowed my dads scanner and connected it to my 05 and watched it in real time. There are several different TPS readings on there as well as a throttle command parameter. None of the TPS parameters will reach 90-100% when I go to WOT, the throttle command param will but nothing else. Looking at my absolute TPS % I am only hitting a max of 76% at WOT KOEO, anyone else ever look into this? I read on here awhile back about a guy doing some adjusting down at the pedal assembly to get true 100% throttle in these trucks but I need more details....

Anyone?
