Drive it? Check out the Pics
Can I drive on this for a small road trip home before I get them fixed. It's a few hundred miles home, but I'd rather make the journey. I just noticed this while walking to my truck, no idea how it happened, but probably a curb I'm guessing. Upon close inspection it doesn't seem to be anything except that outer lip
What do you guys think? Drive it home or face the huge pain in the *** of staying here and ordering another wheel? (also, is there anything wrong with those refurbished ones all over the net for like $130)
Thanks,
- Cody

Hell with it. Beat it back against the bead with a hammer to make sure it doesn't pop off while you're running, keep it under 90 and get a new wheel when you get home.

I would agree with the spare comment if you have one. That would be the best solution. That tire is going to go flat on you (possibly rapidly). I would not drive on that wheel very far or very fast.
