Dried mud

Whats the secret to getting baked on mud off of motor. I can really scrub it bc its allllllllll over the motor....advice?

get purple power, spray all over engine, except main electrical ports(PCM, COPs...etc...) let sit for a few minutes and scrub away, then lightly rinse, once again, being easy on the main electrical areas.
