DownFiring Vs UpFiring your subs?
Going to start on building a custom box very soon that's going to be taking my middle back seat about half way up, going to come down to the floor at an arch/arches. In the slots ill be putting TWO 15" (inch) Kicker S15L5's and Ill probably do some work on it, like adding an armrest for passengers in the back.
Something LIKE this:
I've heard that downfiring puts out more DB and Ive also heard that it could reduce it if i were to downfire it into my seat/box.
-I was wondering what everyones thoughts & opinions on which way to face my subs.

Alright, thanks brew!
Ive talked to alot of my friends, most of them all have downfire enclosures as well. They've talked me into it. So.. I'll probably build around a downfire design then. lol
