Door Rattle - FIXED

My doors really move in when you shut them? They rattle occasionally but I have all the rubber grommets and they appear in good shape. So what do I need to do to fix this again?
I will shut the rear cab door first solid and then when you shut the front door, you can see both doors move in or appear to bounce? Is this the rattle!

If, when all the windows are up and you shut a door... The air inside the truck has to escape some how. That's normal. The rubber grommets may look good but you want to make sure they are not "mushroomed" or shaped like one at the end. Want them to be smooth all around and some what firm. Not too squishy. Dealing with this now. Went to dealer they ordered me 6

The part # you need is W705903-S300. I got 6 new ones tomorrow from Ford for a total of $6.42 plus tax. They are the same size as whats on the front doors and top of the rear Supercrew doors now, just they are solid rubber and not hollow like from the factory.
I opted for the solid OEM ones, didn't want to wrap electrical tape or find hose to slip over the mushroomed ones. After install I hit a set of RR tracks, and NO MORE RATTLE. Simple fix for under $7.
