Door alignment
I've never done any kind of body work. The rear of the driver's door on my 05 SCREW doesn't line up with the front of the rear door. It sits below it about 1/4" or so. The hinges are solid. I suspect the truck may have been in a crash at some point, although Carfax showed nothing when I bought it. Any ideas where I should start or tips and tricks to get it properly aligned? It's an eyesore to me every time I see it.

Also check the hinge pins/bushings for wear. I used to several Chevy trucks (sorry) in the 90-99 years and these trucks had a long/heavy door coupled with a rather small hinge pin and the bushings were short lived.

I have a similar issue on my 04 scab. But it's actually the black trim/molding that sits in the window well. Seems as though the adhesion has lost it's stick and is coming up off the rear suicide door. Have been too lazy to fix it. It makes it look as though the front door is 1/4" lower than the rear suicide door.
