Wow I just noticed mind doing the same thing! And it's the same color combo! I'd like to fix it too so it doesn't rust. Mine rubs occasionally but it wore the paint off too. Wtf? Definitely let me know if you find a fix!

I will check the door for bad hinge pins now. Could it be the extra cab door adjustment causing this problem?

i have not done this, but have heard from others that have successfully. Assuming your busing are good, you can shim door/hinge to adjust/correct the sag.

Loosen bolt to hinges on door. Have helped lift up lightly on bottom corner of door, insert thin shim on bottom side of hinge (between hinge and door), tight hinge, close door and check for change. Reapeat/adjust as needed until your door aligns again at top right corner when closing.
