I like Homer's idea. Otherwise, sounds like a short, which is going to be annoying to trace. Are they still on, or is it intermittent?
If it's intermittent, take the truck out of the driveway and drive onto the street, pull over, and then grab the drivers door handle and give it a good hard push. Try it a few times. Grab a passenger and try the same thing on that side. Try pushing up and down and even put your shoulder into it a few times. The latch sensor is known to fail and the sensor is part of the latch mechanism.

I agree with Mechanik. I've heard of them failing often.
The other thing I didn't think to ask... The dome light comes on, when it goes off, does it "fade" out, or just kick out? If it fades out (which is more what I'm thinking), the BCM must be thinking a door has been triggered. The only thing is, I would have thought your truck would show the Door Ajar light quickly and at least beeped at you (mine beeps if a door is open).

Weak battery or bad remote. See if it will start 10 times cold in say 5 minutes.

Door Ajar, Lights On
My left rear door kept saying it was ajar even with the ignition switch off. It would run my battery down if I let it. The lights were coming on (dome, parking, etc). Took to dealer spent $400 they said it was a ground problem. They "fixed" it temporarily. I tried WD40 which sometimes seemed to work but not for the long haul.
Finally I took door panel off myself. Repaired the dealer's repair job but noticed that while working on their repair when I leaned on the door - my lights would still come on and buzzer go off again. Through testing I found my door was not grounded to the cab. So I ran an extra wire from the door to cab. That has solved my problem. My lights, buzzer has not come on. Just an FYI in case your door is not grounded. Even though it is bolted to the cab - it did not ground the door.
