we can't open claims cause we sent the payment as gifts. There is no option to open a dispute. We have to contact PayPal directly

That is correct, I will call them tomorrow. I agree just want my money or the programmer. It is disappointing to know there are scammers on here too.

Nothing yet. I didnt get a chance to call because I was out of town. Can I call on saturdays, does anyone know? The e-mails have been useless. Anything on your end? I registered on grandamgt.com to send him a PM. But I have to await approval. I will contact authorities, paypal, and f150forum again if I don't get $ or the programmer.
