and how could that look any worse than your idea of "trim" i have seen some people trim a lot off of bumpers and fender conrners only to make it look worse

The Rize kit is pretty awesome...if you do it get the 12" kit front and rear and you could clear 38's easy. Check there sight (RizeInd.com)

i have seen the rize kits before. i almost bought one before i settled in on this. i wasn't crazy about their design though. they pretty much just doubled the size of a 6 inch kit without any additional strength. and rize does not offer a kit that includes the rear. when i looked a month ago it was front only for like 4000

There's a couple of trucks in my area that have these type of lifts. They look pretty lame. It feels like im in the 1980's again. Sorry dude, but what good is this truck going to be after you complete these mods? What engine? Is it a 4x4? Are you going to re-gear?

Rise does have a rear kit check there site as for those 38's you will have no choice but to re-gear and get a programmer to even try and get some of the lost power back but either way you sure will burn a he'll of a lot of gas and it is your truck so you can do what you want, but to each his own...Good luck!!!

i did just check the rize site. they did not say anything about the rear. i know someone who put that kit on his truck just like mine and he had to have special leafs made from atlas. and that kit is still 4300.00

and yes it will be getting re programmed along with dual exhaust cold air intake and 488 gears in the rear end

Okay so you're building a truck that you will put to use and you're wanting to put 38's on it?????

We'll if you check the link below here is where i found the rear RIZE kit for our trucks and yes i did my homework and they do a great job on our trucks...

But why in the hell would you want to to piece together a kit that would eventually break your truck and cause you more headache that do good. if you are a long time off-roader then you would know that piecing stuff together is not good and if it were don't you think all of the pro's would do it so that they could save money too???
