Sweet pics, I towed a 1950's cadillac that weighed well over 5000 lbs about 300 miles no sweat with my 08 f150 5.4 I love this ford and I used to have a cummins haha
Those dodge 2500's weigh just over 7000 lbs with the 4x4. at least thats what mine weighed on the scales with half tank of fuel it was an 02 model

I work my truck pretty hard for a half ton. Heaviest I towed was two jeep cherokee's on a 31 foot trailer. Figured about 13000 pounds. Certainly not something I would want to do agian, but my buddies tranny in his first gen cummins went out pulling it ten miles from his house. Foot too the floor doing 35 up an entrance ramp
