Thanks for the input and compliments guys.
The tires are indeed toyo open country A/T and they are incredible tires. They are 325/60/18.
they measure about 33.5x12.8

And I've never even thought to look. But I do have 2" blocks in the rear.

The 2" blocks in the rear are probably the stock ones.
