Dirty Transmission Fluid

I'm a believer in clean fresh fluid. I bought my truck with 70K on it, and it had receipts showing it had one flush before; I flushed it again. I now have 86K. No transmission problems.
As I mentioned before, I'd at least drop the pan and re-install 4 to 5 quarts. I'd then repeat this in about 8 months.
Flushing actually pumps fluid into the transmission lines and this somewhat pressure is what folks say dislodges the crud. I've had it done in several past vehicles, as they were used and the previous owners were unavailable to provide receipts that it was maintained. I've never had a ny ill effects with transmission flushing.
