Default Did i get a fair deal

I bought my 07 ext cab lariat in August with 84,000 miles. only thing it didn't have was the navigation system but had all the bells and whistles. I ended up paying 17,800. So do you think that was fair....kelly blue book was dead on price in my area?

Assuming it was in good shape, clean car fax and has 4X4, I would say you got a fair deal.

Without knowing everything about it and just running it through NADA on my zip in Colorado it sounds like you paid right around retail. You didn't get a private party bargain but no one took you for a run, either... And depending on where you live, you may have gotten a much better deal than I researched.

Your buyers remorse will gradually decline as you come to love your truck and you'll be glad, either way, that you have it. Welcome to the fun!

I just bought my 2007 Supercrew FX2 in April with 113K and paid 14,000. It has leather, but no navigation or sunroof. I think I got a good deal, but not great. Clean retail is $15,725.

What's the point here? You want to know if you got a good deal on a truck you already bought?

asking that question can only end in disappointment if you ask me. if you bought the truck without doing enough research to know if you got a good deal, then you probably didn't unless you got really lucky.

i'm not being a dick, i've been there. when i was younger, i bought a used focus without doing enough research and spent too much money. you only do it once...

Buyers remorse is a very, very common thing. And its normal to seek out some validation among your fellow <whatevers>... I too felt a huge dose of it right after I bought my f-150, then it went away and I can't stop driving a 9 year old truck instead of my 3 year old car.

I agree, buyers remorse is grossly common, too many people are willing to sacrifice thousands of dollars without doing their research first, huge financial mistake IMO!

What really matters is the value to you. An item is only worth what you are willing to pay for it.

I agree with the others. If you are fine with what you paid, then why ask? I have a feeling you think you overpaid is why you are asking.
