Default did the gotts mod= worse fuel economy

so a few weeks ago i found the leftover 3" pvc from the gotts mod i did on my 03 f150. i installed everything and replaced the filter with a K&N drop in. i set my SCT livewire up for a CAI and ended up getting worse fuel economy. went from getting 15.5 mpg's on the dash, to 13.2. actually fuel economy went from 15.2 to 13. i tried setting my livewire back to the original settings with no change in fuel economy. im going to put the factory inlet tube back in to see if that changes anything. anyone else have this experience?

i saw the thread about the gotts mod yesterday and didnt want to hijack so i started my own.

Default

You need to disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes and give the computer some time to learn your driving and new air fuel mixture and see if that helps any.
