Default clicking sound in 4x4 during sharp turn at low speeds

Anybody know what this is? as i turn at slow speeds, like 5-10mph, i here a click, click, click... as the wheels turn. does it in both directions, i think in both sides, or maybe its in the middle. anybody know if it's serious? mostly only hear it in 4x4 at low speeds. in 4 high and 4 low. dont think i hear it in 2wd. once i straighten out and speed up it goes away. it is not 1 clunk and it doesnt pop out or make a distinct grinding sound. just a tick or click... or perhaps a clank? not a clunk though...??

your not supposed to turn on dry pavement while your in 4wd cause there needs to be a slippery surface for the front tires to slip while turning or they will bind up and cause damage and that clicking noise.

widen your turn angle, and dont use 4x4 unless completely necessary

Mine makes the same noise although it does it in 2wd or 4wd and I can hear it even when going straight but only when slowing down to a stop light with the windows down
